Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Responsibilities:
TCS is looking for passionate individuals in the role of Presales Solution Consultants to join our ServiceNow Practice team. The consultant will work on solutions using ServiceNow products across ITxM, HRSD, FSM, TSOM, CSM, IRM, AppEngine and industry specific solutions. This is an opportunity to work with clients through interactive sessions during the pre-sales discovery meetings to analyze the client’s business needs and requirements. Based on these aspects the consultant is expected to develop and present TCS’ service capabilities and tailor-made solutions to address the client’s unique requirements.
TCS’ ServiceNow Presales Consultants bring deep expertise in ServiceNow and provide support to the customer throughout the sales process, including SaaS tool selection, responding to RFIs, RFPs and proactive deal engagements. The consultant must be able to devise a highly reliable solution to win customer confidence.
The Presales Consultant is strategically involved throughout the sales cycle, especially to deliver value pitches to business executives, and to engage in deep-dive technical discussions on ServiceNow.
This role demands excellent presentation abilities, presales and enterprise software technology expertise in articulating and differentiating the value of TCS in delivering a Solution on ServiceNow Platform. The individual must be able to craft compelling value proposition for clients to choose TCS as a partner through their digital/ServiceNow transformation journey.
* Drive pre-sales activities, solution designing, and project planning.
* Contribute to project strategy and deliverable planning.
* Take responsibility for defining, leading and developing project tasks.
* Take responsibility for the client and team management.
* Select the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements.
* Recommend options or solutions that meet a client’s needs and desired functionality.
* Develop solutions to address clients’ problems through application of personal experience and methods and tools while validating the solutions with subject matter experts.
* Work effectively with geographically diverse teams (offshore) to deliver timely responses to clients and client account teams.
* Lead work streams in a larger program and direct the work of staff.
* Articulate and frame business problems and solutions as appropriate for each set of client audiences.
* Provide product demos and support proofs of concepts as required.
* Communicate how the engagement impacts risks, business objectives, and quality goals to guide the work of others.
* Interfacing with implementation teams, explaining customer requirements, to ensure a successful transition from the sale phase to the deliver phase.
* Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new opportunities.
* Recognize colleagues’ strengths and provide them with ongoing feedback and coaching.
* Facilitate top-down and bottom-up communications and awareness for junior staff and management.

* CSDM overall architecture
* CSM, FSM, TSOM, other industry specific modules
* ServiceNow Implementation methodology
* Mobile Solutions, Reporting and Analytics, etc.
* Technical knowledge in the following areas
* ServiceNow Platform
* ServiceNow workflows
* Integration knowledge
* ServiceNow delivery (implementation/consulting) experience
* Knowledge of ServiceNow Managed Service Provider (MSP) model
* Up to date with ServiceNow strategy, innovations and roadmap
* ServiceNow certified along with pre-sales accreditations.
* Able to mentor, build teams, work in a team, work independently.
