Where will you be in the organization?
The division
Group CIO creates the link between technology and business strategy and priorities, defines the technology operating model for AXA, sets global and local architecture, applications, and infrastructure standards, and leads the definition and execution of global technology strategy and technology lifecycle to enable innovation and business growth.
The department / team
You will join IGP (Identity Global Products), the IT department in charge providing Identity Products in all the whole AXA Organization.
We are responsible of managing and transforming products allowing for the group:
1. Identity Provisioning & Authorizations: Creating, managing, and deactivating user accounts and roles across various systems and applications in the organization.
2. Authentication: Implementing technologies and processes that verify the identity of users and systems.
3. Access Management: Ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to specific resources and information. This includes managing permissions and access controls.
4. Security: Protecting sensitive data from unauthorized access and potential breaches. This involves implementing robust identity and access management policies and procedures.
5. Compliance: Ensuring the organization meets various regulatory requirements related to identity management and data protection.
In essence, the IT Identity Department is the guardian of the company’s digital identity, ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. It’s a critical function that helps maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the company’s information assets.
Currently transformed thanks to a major program mobilizing ~100 people, we aim to become leader on the market in term practices and technologies.

Job purpose
In essence, the Integrator is a key player in shaping the organization’s digital identity landscape, driving efficiency, security, and compliance through the effective implementation of the identity provisioning tool. It’s a role that combines technical skills with a strategic understanding of identity and access management in the context of the organization’s broader objectives.
Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
The purpose of the Integrator role in implementing an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution is multi-faceted:
6. Technical Implementation: The Integrator is responsible for the technical aspects of implementing the solution, including system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
7. Process Automation: By automating identity management processes, the Integrator helps to streamline and automate the process of creating, managing, and deactivating user identities, reducing manual effort and the risk of errors.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:The Integrator works closely with various teams, including IT, HR, and Security, to understand their needs and ensure the identity provisioning tool meets these needs.
9. Maintenance: To maintain and enhance the new AXA global platform, its documentation (Target Operating Model, architecture, guides, procedures, etc.), according to Product lifecycle, roadmap and projects,
10. Operations: The integrator will be required tomanage complex IAM IPC (Incident Problem Change) and train BAU teams on standard operations,
11. Changes: It will also be requested to support during the demand management process, to analyze fit of client’s requirements to existing use cases and scope the effort to execute the demand,
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
12. 5 years of proven successful experience in Information security / IAM as specialist or expert in large scale organization in a Shared-Services setup,
13. Proven experience with Saviynt IGA cloud platform,
14. Proven experience with CA Identity Manager, Identity governance and Identity portal,
15. Expertise in Directories, SQL, Certificates, PKI, Java and Middleware are recommended to manage the existing technical environments.
Technical skills
16. Expertise in IAM concepts, solutions and services: identity management & authorizations, authentication/access control,
17. Familiar with network, workplace and infrastructure domains,
18. Experience in programming languages,
19. Familiar with Project Management and Service Management practices.
Soft skills / transversal skills
20. Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international / multi-cultural environment.
21. “Service-oriented” person with skills in managing client relationships: requirements, delivery, quality of service…
22. Management of priorities and complex situations with multiple stakeholders (IAM, other AXA GO, OpCos, GSC…) while keeping good relationships.
23. Analytical skills to help drive the “continuous improvement” objective of the products towards a global shared service.
24. Fluent written & spoken English and a second language a plus.
