About the job
4. Develop Strategic Account Plans to achieve sales and profit targets and maximise return on investment together with the Sales manager and the rest of the team.
5. Generate insights and vision for future brands growth.
6. Build and develop internal working relationships with key departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, MS&P, shopper marketing.
7. Manage internal systems such as Budget/ Forecasting.
8. Negotiate strong Trading terms for each account in line with the strategy
9. Review regularly plans and performances throughout the year, taking appropriate mitigation actions as necessary in line with category understanding, consumer and customer needs and drivers.
About the ideal candidate
10. The role will fit a junior profile who has a first experience on the field or as an account manager/category manager in the FMCG sector.
11. Knowledge of Belgium business/retailers.
12. Results-oriented and customer-focused.
13. Strong Selling, Negotiation and influencing Skills.
14. Hands-on, resilient and very entrepreneurial mindset.
15. ️ Able to do business in Dutch, French and English.
