About the job
As Sales Director, reporting directly to the CEO, your main responsibilities will include:
4. Manage a team: Lead a sales, acquisition, account management, and growth team that drives business across all customer segments and profiles.
5. Market analysis and growth strategy: Monitor the market and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics. Continuously improve a growth solution by expanding the database, and segmenting and qualifying leads. Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
6. Industry engagement: Take the lead in negotiating strategic partnerships with industry players of all sizes. Represent us at key industry events.
7. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals. Collaborate with Operations to improve client satisfaction rates, retention, and reduce churn.
About the ideal candidate
8. You have a significant experience in sales and revenue generation, including + years in leadership roles, with a focus on international revenue growth.
9. You have proven success in growing revenue within the music, entertainment, Saas or tech industries.
10. You have expertise in crafting and executing revenue generation strategies and managing acquisition funnels.
11. You have strong data analysis skills with a history of making decisions based on business metrics and presenting them to leadership.
12. You have an inspirational and hands-on leadership style, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and think outside the box.
13. You are fluent in English and French, with additional European languages as a plus, and comfortable with global travel and negotiations with industry players.
