In this position of Management Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as:
* Calendar management of 3 executives
* Plan meetings
* Invoicing
* Send out communications
* Manage conferences,
* Travel management
* Prepare presentations and logistics for meetings, take minutes
* Follow-up on action items
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
The candidate we are looking for:
* A first experience within administration preferably in an international setting, a proven experience as management assistant is a plus but not a must
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch, ideally with some knowledge of French
