Desktop Support Technician

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide first-line IT support to our users. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, resolve problems efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support via phone and in-person
2. Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network issues
3. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
4. Document and track incidents in a ticketing system
