Job Description: To support our growth, we are looking for the next talent to join our Management Control team. Independent and meticulous, our future colleague will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Your main missions:
1. As a member of a team of 3 collaborators, you report directly to the Management Control Manager.
2. Financial Analysis: Development, monitoring, and analysis of budgets, financial forecasts, and variances against objectives.
3. Reporting & Dashboards: Design and update of financial dashboards to monitor performance and provide regular reports to management.
4. Decision Support: Provision of detailed financial analyses to support the strategic decisions of the company.
5. Participation in Audits: Contribution to internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with procedures.
6. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Cross-functional work with departments to ensure coherent financial management.
7. Problem Resolution: Investigation of analytical, accounting, and IT issues.
8. Quarterly Reporting: Active participation in quarterly situations, monitoring variances compared to the previous year and the budget.
9. Budget Construction: Active contribution to the development of budgets.
Profile sought:
1. Experience: Between 3 and 5 years in management control or financial analysis.
2. Education: Master’s degree in Finance or Management Sciences.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial tools (Excel, ERP, BI) and budget analysis techniques.
4. Analytical Abilities: Strong capacity to analyse complex data, rigor, and synthesising skills.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team.
6. Commitment: Motivation to actively contribute to financial management and the success of the company.
