Your team and your responsibilities
Team/division description
VPE-MBD team has the role of developing and deploying digital methods for both vehicle development and vehicle monitoring in the market. We are a part of R&D organization and we use simulation and virtual evaluation technologies for vehicle dynamics performance teams, as well as research on more advanced performance indicators for objective target setting for the vehicle and its subsystems. We also use digital twins for vehicle state of health monitoring purposes.
Your project
Accuracy and reliability of each model developed by Model Based Development (MBD) team is a key element for successful deployment of simulation models for vehicle development. One of the principal ways of achieving this is by correlating simulation outputs with equivalent measured data. Your research will investigate the most relevant methodologies to implement an optimized workflow for efficient and standardized correlation of full vehicle models.
