As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee and optimize service delivery processes, ensuring high-quality IT services that align with business needs. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships, driving continuous improvement, and implementing change management strategies to enhance service adoption.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary liaison between IT and internal customers, ensuring alignment between business needs and service delivery.
* Oversee service performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs while driving continuous improvements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, efficiently resolving service issues and fostering trust.
* Lead vendor management, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
* Manage escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
* Monitor and optimize IT run costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
* Lead and implement change management initiatives to support business transformation and service efficiency.
* Train, mentor, and support team members to drive high performance and service excellence.
What are we looking for?
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field with proven experience in service delivery or IT service management roles.
* ITIL Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
* Service Management Expertise: Experience in managing SLAs, KPIs, and driving service improvements.
* Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Process Optimization: Proven ability to streamline and enhance service delivery processes.
* Vendor & Budget Management: Experience in vendor coordination and IT cost management.
* Industry Experience: Previous experience in the energy sector is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
* Certifications: ITIL Certification or equivalent service management credentials.
* Technical Expertise: Familiarity with cloud services, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
* Project & Change Management: Experience in project management, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
