For one of our clients, a reputable Collection Company, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Controller .
As the Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in driving financial efficiency and providing strategic insights to enhance the company's performance and achieve its objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and present regular reports to management. Provide insightful recommendations to improve financial performance and optimize collection strategies.
2. Collaborate with various departments to develop accurate budgets and forecasts. Track budgetary adherence and variances, and assist in implementing cost-control measures.
3. Contribute to the development of the company's long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives.
4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics and dashboards to track and measure the collection company's progress against financial and operational goals.
5. Support internal and external audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Profile:
6. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
7. Proven experience as a Business Controller, Financial Analyst, or similar role in the finance industry, preferably within a collection company or financial services sector.
8. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management.
9. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead financial initiatives.
10. Fluent in French, the knowledge of Dutch and English would be a strong asset.
