Role:
The Marketing and Dealer Development Section Manager plays a critical role in the company’s regional marketing and business development efforts, particularly in managing relationships with dealers and supporting market penetration.
Main Responsibilities:
Marketing (BNL & Sweden)
Strategic Marketing Planning
* Adapt and execute European marketing strategies in BNL and Swedish market to boost brand visibility and market share.
* Collaborate with the European marketing team to align local campaigns with broader company goals.
Campaign Management
* Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital initiatives.
* Track and measure the performance of marketing activities, adjusting as needed to optimize ROI.
Brand Management
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all dealer networks and local channels.
* Coordinate events such as product launches, trade shows, and customer engagement programs.
Collaboration
* Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and operations) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
* Provide marketing materials and support to dealers to enhance their sales efforts.
Dealer Development (BNL)
Dealer Network Expansion
* Identify and recruit new dealers to expand the company’s presence in the country.
* Evaluate potential dealers based on market needs, company criteria, and strategic goals.
Performance Management
* Monitor dealer performance through KPIs such as sales targets, customer satisfaction, and market share.
* Provide guidance and propose action plans for underperforming dealers.
Training & Support
* Organize training sessions for dealers on products, services, and sales strategies.
* Act as the primary point of contact for dealer-related inquiries and operational support.
Relationship Building
* Encourage strong relationships with dealers to ensure loyalty and alignment with the company’s values.
Compliance & Standards
* Ensure that dealers adhere to company policies, standards, and brand guidelines such as Minimum Franchise Standards.
* Conduct audits to maintain high-quality service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications, skills and experience: Required/Desirable Required
• Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and campaign management.
• Dealer Relations: Experience in dealer or partner management, including recruitment and performance improvement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse market trends and performance data to drive decision-making.
• Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with the local market’s cultural and business practices.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and dealer initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and adjust strategies based on insights.
Qualifications
• Experience: Experience in marketing, public relations and or dealer development, or a related role, preferably with experience in the country or region.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required and proficiency in local language is required.
• Travel: Travel within the country may be required for events, media engagement, and stakeholder meetings.
Work Environment
• Location: Based in the country’s office or regional headquarters.
• Team Structure: Works closely with local sales, product, and global marketing teams, as well as external PR agencies and partners.
