Your Mission
* We are looking for a Director and an Assistant Director to manage the following geographic areas:
o East Flanders, West Flanders, Antwerp, and Flemish Brabant
o Lille region
* As a Personal Advisor, you will:
o Ensure the management and monitoring of beneficiaries and their files over time.
o Implement the Nursing Home services at the beneficiary's home.
o Create and maintain bonds between you, the nurse, and the beneficiary through bi-monthly visits.
o Act as a link between the beneficiary, the nurse, and the Stay at Home back office, serving as both a transmission belt and a problem solver.
o Facilitate human relationships between beneficiaries, nurses, and their families, making necessary micro-adjustments for the smooth running of the mission.
o Collect all necessary information for the smooth running of Stay at Home missions and the relationship between the beneficiary and their caregiver.
o Inform the beneficiary and the nurse about their respective roles and limits.
o Be responsible for the beneficiaries in your sector.
o Promote a constructive climate between beneficiaries, caregivers, and other members of Stay at Home.
o Maintain a focus on respecting the dignity and quality of life of beneficiaries and caregivers.
o Manage and motivate your beneficiaries' nurses.
o Ensure good internal and external collaboration and communication.
o Contribute to a positive image in the sector of care for the elderly and Stay at Home services.
o Establish active links with external organizations (municipalities, groups of elderly people, hospitals, social services, etc.) and develop a network in your sector.
Your Profile
* You are an attentive people manager, a good listener, and able to resolve difficult situations with diplomacy and determination.
* You possess excellent interpersonal skills, rigor in monitoring files, and the ability to anticipate and adapt.
* Experience in the social field, particularly in health and care for the elderly, is recommended.
* Experience as a director or deputy director of a nursing home is a plus.
* You have strong communication and contact skills with beneficiaries, families, caregivers, and other members of Stay at Home.
* You excel in analysis and problem-solving.
* You are autonomous, rigorous, and able to manage your schedule with discipline.
* You are flexible; the quality of our service depends on your availability.
