Our client, a leading security solutions company is looking for an experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to join their team in the Netherlands.
The Regional Field Sales Manager is dedicated to driving sales, providing customer training, and seizing business opportunities in the territory.
This role focuses on managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to product demonstrations, closing deals, and supporting customers during installations:
Responsibilities:
* Actively promote and sell our solutions to customers, emphasizing the value they bring.
* Conduct training seminars to equip customers with the knowledge to utilize our products effectively.
* Develop and cultivate new business opportunities through both direct and indirect sales channels.
* Raise awareness of our company's offerings by developing and executing activities on existing and new solutions.
* Respond promptly to customer and prospect inquiries (such as RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs) and assess their specific requirements
Success Measurements:
* Drive new business acquisitions by securing a steady stream of successful deals.
* Achieve the agreed-upon number of training sessions to ensure customer proficiency.
* Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution.
Requirements:
* MUST: Technical background selling security solutions
* MUST: Experience working with installers or distributors
* MUST: Experience selling hardware and software security solutions
* MUST: Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
* Demonstrate a strong passion for sales and business development.
* Possess technical proficiency and a customer-centric mindset to provide excellent technical support.

* Prior experience in the electronic security market is advantageous.
