What you'll be doing
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst.
The ideal candidate will specialize in the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), ISO/IEC 20000, and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
This role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to ensure compliance with these standards, enhancing operational resilience, and improving overall efficiency.
Job requirements

Proven experience of creating policy, process, and procedural documentation in a technical domain
The ability to assess current working practices against regulatory and /or international standards requirements. Specifically, DORA, ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27001
Ability to translate technical activities into documented processes
Interview the technical teams and create policy, process and procedural documentation that defines their activities
Work with the technical teams to identify and close gaps against DORA, ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27001
Work with the technical teams to create Critical Success Factors and Key Performance Indicators that will be used to demonstrate the ongoing effectiveness of the processes
Work with the technical teams to specify/enhance automation and/or tooling that will be used to support the processes
Gather evidential proof that the process is being executed as documented
Must have:
Onsite presence in Brussels HQ (2 to 3 days/week)
Certified ITIL framework knowledge to at least foundation level, expert level preferable
Nice to have:
Some awareness of DORA is absolute advantage
Past experience of ISO/IEC 20000/27001 implementation is desirable
Experience in working in a service management domain beneficial
