This position reports to
EL Product Marketing Manager
Your role and responsibilities
You will take on a primary role in directing the growth of our Enclosures product range. This is your chance to perform your role by implementing innovative product marketing strategies that align with our global vision and support business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in improving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your capability by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. You will be mainly accountable for:
1. Portfolio management for the Enclosures product range
2. Setting the right price strategy and price benchmark for the selected product lines
3. Developing a strategic plan for the product range, including a clear strategy and vision for 2030
4. Acting as a contact person with our Factory and R&D team
5. Developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies and progressive development plans for this product range
6. Presenting your product range at major customer events
7. Building strong collaboration with colleagues in Product Management, Sales, and Communication
Main stakeholders include R&D, Global Product management, Sales, and Communication team. Working with products such as Fix-o-Rail Junior, Fix-o-Rail 150, Fix-o-Rail 65, Fix-o-Rail media, Fix-o-Rail Standard, 25D60, 25S60, and Sidewalk and construction site cabinets. The work model for the role is: LinkedIn #Hybrid.
Qualifications for the role
* Product management experience
* Creative mindset with a strong motivation to meet and surpass goals
* Operates in an inspiring, mature and results-oriented manner
* Well-organized and able to function in a complex environment
* A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
* Knowledge of Office365, InDesign and AutoCAD is appreciated
* Willing to organize evening information sessions
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English
