As a successful Account Manager Flanders/Brussels - Medical Devices - Neurosurgery, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Drive sales and profit within the Flanders Region and the Dutch part of Brussels for Neurosurgery products
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Healthcare industry and in hospitals: Neurosurgeon, resuscitator ...
* Deliver excellent customer service to maintain company reputation.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the existing client's portfolio in Flanders and in Brussels
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
* Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company Neurosurgery products.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor activities.
* Understand and analyse the needs of the healthcare professionals
As a successful Account Manager Flanders/Brussels - Medical Devices - Neurosurgery, you will have the following profile:
* A degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
* Previous sales experiences in the Medical Devices industry - experience in Neurosurgery is a plus.
* A keen interest in the Neurosurgery sector, with a commitment to continually updating their knowledge.
* Previous experiences in Operating room and/or intensive care units.
* Strong communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills.
* An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* You are proactive, autonomous and work independently.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
