We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented (BDR) to join our growing sales team. As a BDR at Resillion, you'll play a key role in generating high-quality leads and supporting our sales efforts in the software quality assurance and cybersecurity sectors.
This role will be strongly connected to potential customers, as you will represent Resillion's bespoke comprehensive service offering under the Total Quality 365 model, which includes a wide range of solutions such as:
* Quality Engineering
* Cyber Security Tesrting
* Device Testing
* Media Content Quality Control
Your focus will be on reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team from a customer-centric perspective.
What you will do
1. Lead generation: Research and identify potential customers who would benefit from Resillion's services. Engage with leads through cold calls, emails, and social connections to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team.
2. Qualify leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and determine if they're a good fit for our solutions.
3. Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with account managers to pass on qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
4. CRM management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, and ensure that all interactions with leads are documented and tracked.
5. Continuous learning: Stay up to date with Resillion's services and solutions and learn how to best communicate their value to potential customers. Participate in training and coaching to develop your skills.
Functie-eisen
* At least 2 years of experience in an outbound sales, business development, or BDR role, preferably in software services, cybersecurity, or IT solutions.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively via phone, email, and social media.
* Results-oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
* Adaptability and Initiative: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and willing to learn on the job.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM software and other sales tools.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure the best outcomes for the company and clients.
