Description
* As a member of the Consumer Advice Contact Centre team, you will provide first-line financial assistance by telephone and e-mail;
* As an extension of our client publications, you will provide consumers with additional information and respond in real time to a variety of questions or requests;
* The topics you will address include investments, insurance (life and non-life), and consumer credit;
* You will handle and advise on contentious cases that have a financial impact on consumers.
Profile
* Master degree, preferably with a financial or economic orientation;
* At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar function;
* Experience in financial investments with a good knowledge of Consumer Finance;
* Successful completion of an FSMA approved insurance training course for PCPs is an asset;
* Perfect command of French (both written and spoken) with a good knowledge of Dutch;
* Customer-oriented and a good listener, you are able to explain technical matters in simple terms;
* Good telephone skills and clarity - contact centre experience is an asset but not a must;
* Analytical mind and sense of responsibility to solve problems effectively;
* Flexible and stress resistant, you enjoy working in a team.
