Mako Support Specialist
As a Mako Product Specialist at Stryker, you will help transform orthopedic surgeries around the world and help us achieve our mission of making healthcare better. In this role, you’ll be a resident expert in everything concerning the Mako robot – our newest product used in robotic-arm assisted surgery. We are looking to cover cover the clinical field service in the. While the geographic area of the job is Luxembourg, we are open to candidates who can commute daily from anywhere nearby.

What you will do
· Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support in the operation of Mako robot and its associated equipment and instruments to insure ideal placement and precision.
· Provide product feedback to Stryker engineers to enhance product design.
· Build professional relationships with healthcare staff and surgeons.
· Create detailed case reports and resolve product-related issues.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support account growth.
· Obtain purchase orders for products consumed during surgical procedures and maintains and tracks consigned inventories of company's products.
· Partner with other cross functional teams in selling the clinical benefits of the company’s products, drive continuous account growth and case volume.
What you need
Required:
· Bachelor's Degree OR Associate’s Degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) with minimum 2 years of professional and/or related experience
· Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in a sales and/or technical environment (medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare industry)
Preferred:
· Experience with clinical training and education programs
