What you will do:
- Develop your business like an entrepreneur and propose the best profiles to your customers.
- Manage and develop your own client portfolio and seek out new partners.
- Create and lead your network of candidates.
- Manage the various aspects of negotiation.
- Supervise the entire recruitment process.
- Analyse the market and develop a sales strategy.
- Offer a tailor-made service to your clients and candidates.
