We have an excellent career opportunity for a senior-level hands-on Finance professional to join our successful team.
In this role, you oversee all financial and administrative aspects of the global business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. You will be the finance business partner of the Bricsys Leadership Team.
Reporting to Bricsys CFO, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the company and driving the continuous improvement of end-to-end policies and procedures
2. Leading a small team of finance, legal and back-office operations.
3. Providing insightful information about the company’s performance to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
4. Coordinating and directing the budget exercise and financial forecasts and monitoring adherence to the approved budget.
5. Supervising month-end and year-end reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
6. Interacting frequently with other business stakeholders concerning operational decisions, policies, or process clarifications.
7. Participate in special projects.
Desired Skills
8. Master’s degree in Finance or Economics (or equivalent by experience).
9. Fluent in English and Dutch.
10. Ability to demonstrate a profound understanding of financial analysis and strategic planning.
11. A proactive and practical personality with a strong ‘getting things done’ attitude. You are willing to immerse yourself in the operational details.
12. A proven track record of effective team management. You possess the skills to lead, motivate and inspire.
13. Effective communication is vital in this role. You can convey information and ideas clearly, you are able to adapt your communication style to various audiences and maintain open and transparent dialogue.
