Responsibilities:
1. Provide each guest with a unique experience daily and ensure professional yet dynamic service (with or without supervision from a maître).
2. Take orders and process them.
3. Assist guests with necessary knowledge of beverages and dishes.
4. Mise en place.
5. Maintain order and cleanliness in the dining area.
6. Serve hot and cold beverages to guests.
7. Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and restaurant, including special requests and allergies.
8. Maintain and replenish supplies.
Profile:
9. Passion for hospitality and high-level gastronomy.
10. Work experience in a similar position and/or fine dining restaurant.
11. Always driven and ambitious to exceed our guests' expectations.
12. Strong social and communication skills.
13. Friendly and well-groomed appearance, including a broad smile.
14. Solution-oriented team player who can also work perfectly independently.
15. Flexible and stress-resistant attitude.
16. Broad language skills in Dutch, English, and/or French.
