Your Role
Now that the GEMS Program is accelerating, the focus shifts more towards implementing the global template with optimized processes, systems, data structure and ways of working. As a change lead, your role will be to support people to adopt and apply changes that GEMS brings to daily practice. You will lead business engagement activities with and for specific impacted stakeholder groups following a structured approach and planning. You will become part of the GEMS Business Engagement team, working closely with Business Key Users and you will report to the Change, Training and Communication Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Support communication planning & execution
2. Stakeholder management per deployment
3. Leading local business engagement with activities such as: change impact analysis, change readiness planning & execution with stakeholder groups per deployment site
4. Monitoring change
5. Coordinate & support local change ambassadors and BKU´s
To succeed, you will need:
1. Bachelor diploma or equivalent through experience
2. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. You have the ability to tune communications to your audience
3. Strong understanding of and familiarity of organizational culture and working in multicultural environments, like Atlas Copco
4. Understanding of business processes. You show interest in the fundamentals of how the business works and understand how to contribute to business success
5. Experience with change management is an advantage but not a must, if needed you will receive training and coaching on the job
6. Fluent in English. More languages are a plus
7. Computer literate, knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not a must
8. Project experience and/or Agile ways of working will be a plus
