🌍 Global Supply Chain Traineeship (2 Years)

🎯 Our Mission:

This two-year traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different areas of our global supply chain. You’ll rotate through various roles and projects, giving you a full 360° understanding of our operations and preparing you for a permanent role within our team.


🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

* On-the-job learning in roles such as logistics administrator, order fulfillment support, trade compliance support, S&OP analyst, and buyer.
* Contribute to the development of advanced KPI dashboards and supply chain cockpits using Power BI.
* Act as a coordinator in cross-functional (digitalization) projects and contribute to business transformation initiatives.
* Analyze, document, and help improve supply chain processes using lean thinking.
* Support with research and risk analysis related to regulatory changes and geopolitical impacts.
* Receive mentoring from the Delivery & Logistics Manager and the Global Supply Chain Director.

📌 What You Bring

Education & Knowledge:

* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Operations, or Finance
* Basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain practices

Experience (including internships):

* Initial exposure to international supply chain environments
* First project leadership experience
* Familiarity with data analysis and dashboards

Tech Skills:

* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, analytics)
* Experience with Power BI is a plus
* Exposure to ERP, MRP, and CRM systems

Languages:

* Fluent in English
* Basic French and/or Dutch
* Additional languages are a plus

Personal Skills:

* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
* Independent and well-organized
* Quality-focused and results-driven
* Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
