It has ambitious growth plans and aims to build great enterprises for generations to come.To realize our mission and show us the way forward, we want to hire the best.JOB BRIEFWeerts Group is looking to strengthen its team with a IT Helpdesk Teamleader to support and reinforce the IT Helpdesk to face the Group’s growing activities.Responsibilities:Manage & organise the IT Helpdesk (2-3 people)Provide help in ticketing services (1st, 2nd and 3rd line)Provide expert software support to users, including testing and training.Oversee Power BI, Tformer, and CSV processes.Assist the team in handling EDI with logistic customers.Install and resolve IT hardware breakdowns (mobile equipment/printers/scanners), network hardware (switches/routers/firewalls), and operating systems (Windows/Linux) or virtualization environments.O365 administration. Independently manage projects.Participate seamlessly in team meetings.Contribute to logistics software development (WMS) and collaborate in the analysis with the development team.Document and optimize work procedures and processes.Ensure adherence to technical guidelines and deadlines.Requirements:University degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (infrastructure, system engineering, network administration) Expert in Active Directory (MS Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Ad connect, GPOs, printers, ...)Basic knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI.Familiarity with communication protocols ( FTP/SFTP/OFTP...) and EDI is a plus.Knowledge of network administration and Virtualization (VMware vSphere Hypervisor)Expert in O365 administration, good knowledge environment.Modern Device Management (Intune)Knowledge of security environment is a plus.Personality Traits:Curious and eager to learn, with a preference for diversification and versatility.Dynamic and autonomous, able to manage schedules, workspaces, tasks, and priorities effectively.Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented approach in interactions with colleagues, customers, and suppliersWillingness to assist and collaborate with the Infrastructure Manager.Good knowledge of French, Technical English (Dutch is an asset).
