We are seeking a mid- to senior-level consultant with experience in corporate sustainability, climate change, and circular economy with the passion to help grow our Strategic Sustainability Consulting business. The manager joining our team will have the opportunity to take a leading role in structuring and growing our activities in sustainability consulting, work directly with clients to drive environmental impact while developing their sustainability expertise, people management, and client engagement and sales skills.

You will join our growing Strategic Sustainability Consulting division in Ramboll Management Consulting. As a Manager, you will bring experience in a specific capacity of sustainability consulting, whether sector background, service area, or issue area, to drive client project execution. You will lead business development activities, and grow and develop a team of dedicated consultants.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Lead: Drive our vision, strategy, and sector focus in sustainability consulting in Belgium, and globally.
* Develop: Based on your own network and in collaboration with colleagues across Ramboll, design and implement new sales pipelines that build on Ramboll's unique value proposition of bringing together thought leadership and technical excellence on sustainability.
* Collaborate: Connect to other colleagues in Brussels and globally, and mobilise our unique combination of expertise in EU policy (EU Green Deal), science and engineering.
* Deliver: As lead adviser and project director for consultancy projects across a variety of sectors, support clients in assessing, integrating, implementing, monitoring, and delivering low carbon and circular economy strategies, in line with existing ESG and sustainability frameworks, standards and regulations.
* Acquire: Support Ramboll's knowledge and thought leadership in sustainability consulting; anticipate emerging trends and develop tools and services to address risks and opportunities in line with EU regulation, as well as market and technology developments.
* Grow: Manage and grow a team; contribute to a strong strategic sustainability consulting capability that allows Ramboll to demonstrate the value of sustainability solutions to clients.

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development to enable your growth with the company and in the fast-evolving field of sustainability. For this role, we believe your starting point will be a mix of some, if not all, of the following qualifications:
* Master’s degree in business, economics, environmental studies, sustainability or similar - Master’s degree or advanced study preferred.
* 10 years of total experience, with demonstrated consulting experience or similar experience in developing and maintaining client relationships, pursuing and creating business opportunities, and managing multiple projects under high quality requirements and tight deadlines.
* Experience in relevant issue area (climate, circular economy, sustainable finance), service area, (strategy, marketing, finance, analytics, change management, operational process improvements, ESG reporting and disclosure) or sectors (Governments, Utilities, Transport, Telecommunication, Construction and Real Estate).
* Well-developed leadership and people skills, including a demonstrated ability to enhance the skills and effectiveness of other team members.
* Ability to develop executive level presentations, with details, logic, and content tailored to the appropriate audience.
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a remote environment.
* Self-assured critical thinker, able to quickly understand the basics of a topic and distil down complex ideas into digestible narratives.
* Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written – this role requires the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to various levels of leadership.
* Proven interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and drive change.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work streams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining outstanding attention to detail and quality of deliverables.
