Job Description
For a company in the chemical sector, we are looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant to support the invoicing department.
The tasks will be:
- Handling Purchase Orders (POs): Retrieving requests from a system and creating POs in another system (Coupa) while working closely with the Procurement department.
- Uploading Goods Received (GR) after validation.
- Resolving and answering any problems or questions.
Profile
- The ideal candidate has up to 3 years of work experience and is accurate with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required.
- Knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not necessary.
- Analytical skills and excellent computer skills are also essential.
