Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the IT vendor lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, budgeting, and termination. Manage relationships between clients and key technology suppliers across IT categories: Infrastructure/Networks, Systems Integration, services, projects, and software. Collect and analyze data regarding clients'' IT environments. Design and implement IT processes and services to boost efficiency and transparency. Ensure supplier partnerships deliver value and maintain quality. Negotiate and draft contract change notes and related documentation with suppliers, in collaboration with procurement and legal stakeholders. Lead formal RFP/RFI engagements alongside procurement, as needed. Oversee vendor budgets and coordinate with stakeholders for sound financial management. Represent a Vendor Management Office at key forums, both internally and externally. Contribute to overall Vendor Management strategy and planning. Provide expertise on sourcing strategy. Required Skills & Experience: Experience: Proven experience in Technology Vendor Management or Technology Procurement. Vendor Management: Skilled in managing technology suppliers in the Belgian market and internationally. Language: Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in drafting and reviewing complex documents + French. Skills: Strong analytical/data capabilities, budget management, and experience with commercial constructs. Negotiation: Expert in negotiation, contract drafting, and review (English). Process Design: Knowledgeable in designing and implementing SPVM processes. Strategic Communication: Proficient in addressing CxO and top level management about challenges and solutions.
