As the Head of Sales & Revenue of Cohabs, you will oversee the sales operations and revenue strategy across all our current and future international locations.
This is a high-stakes role that requires exceptional sales acumen, strategic leadership, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-country operations with a high growth pace.
Key Responsibilities
* Revenue maximizer: Lead the charge in optimizing revenue streams and occupancy targets, ensuring Cohabs’ spaces are always at their best.
* Strategic mastermind: Develop and execute a commercial strategy to attract quality leads, optimize pricing, and drive business growth across our global portfolio.
* Team captain: Lead and inspire a high-performing, experience-focused sales team, driving them to exceed targets and achieve our mission.
* Lead conversion guru: Oversee the entire lead conversion process, ensuring we attract and retain members who are aligned with our community values.
* Global occupancy champion: Manage and monitor global occupancy, continuously optimizing it to meet company-wide goals.
* Data-driven leader: Utilize CRM, revenue management, and analytics tools to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
* Experience expert: 6-12 years in revenue management or sales leadership, ideally in real estate or hospitality.
* Revenue pro: Proven track record of exceeding revenue and occupancy targets, with expertise in lead conversion and pricing optimization.
* Strategic visionary: Experience developing and executing successful multi-regional commercial strategies.
* People leader: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a global sales team toward achieving shared goals.
* Bilingual power: Fluent in English and French, with Spanish or Italian as a plus.
* Tech savvy: Proficiency in CRM, revenue management tools, and data analytics platforms to drive performance.
* Community-driven: Passionate about creating spaces that prioritize member experience and foster a sense of belonging.
