The positionHunt for New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts and industry verticals in the Belgium marketDevelop Sales Strategies: Create and execute account plans and Sales strategies to achieve assigned quotas and revenue targets within BelgiumSolution Selling: Understand customer needs and effectively position Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365 and Power platform), Data/AI and SecurityRelationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and other key stakeholders across BelgiumLead Generation and Qualification: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and online research, focusing on potential clients in Belgium. Qualify leads and progress them through the Sales pipelineProposal Development and Presentations: Develop compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the value of the servicesNegotiation and Closing: Skilled in negotiation and closing complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditionsMarket Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest Microsoft technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape, with a focus on the Belgium marketCollaboration: Work closely with internal client teams (e.g., Sales execs, solution architects, delivery teams) to ensure successful customer onboarding and service deliveryAccurate Forecasting: Maintain accurate Sales forecasts and provide regular updates on pipeline and deal progress The profileProven Track Record: 5 years of proven experience in selling IT solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Cloud, Data & AI and SecurityHunter Mentality: A proactive and results-oriented Sales professional with a strong drive to exceed targetsExcellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (and French), with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and persuasivelyRelationship Building Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makersNegotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing complex deals.Experience with specific cloud platforms and related certificationsExtensive experience in a consulting or professional services environment The offerPerm and Freelance are welcome.
