Internship: Recruitment and HR Business Partner intern
Mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR and Recruitment Intern to join our team in Puratos, Groot-Bijgaarden (Belgium). As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of HR and recruitment, both in soft HR tasks and hard HR tasks. You will work closely with our HR team to support our talent acquisition efforts and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the HR field and help you develop essential skills for your future career.
Key accountabilities
Recruitement and Selection:
1. You assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
2. You conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications.
3. You coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. You prepare new hire documentation, employment contracts, and other required paperwork.
5. You assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You provide monthly reporting.
Employer Branding an onboarding:
6. You support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
7. You coordinate and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
8. You contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
9. You assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
10. You support the coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees.
11. You assist in creating training materials and resources.
12. You maintain training records and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
HR Administration and HRBP Assistance:
13. You assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
14. You help with HR-related documentation, including employee contracts, letters, and forms. (You perform data follow-up in our HR tools and support in all internal communication.)
15. You participate in different HR projects together with the HRBP and you participate in meetings within HR and with the local teams
16. You evaluate the current processes that are in place and propose improvements.
Who are we looking for?

17. You are currently studying in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, Communications, or other related fields that align with our requirements.
18. You possess strong organizational and structured skills.
19. You are motivated and eager to learn.
20. You are communicative and can effectively convey your thoughts and ideas.
21. Trustworthiness and reliability are traits that define you.
22. You thrive as a team player, collaborating and contributing to collective goals.
23. Fluent in English, and preferably, you speak French and/or Dutch (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
24. You are available for a minimum of 12 weeks, but preferably for a longer duration to maximize your internship experience.
