Job description USG Professionals is looking for a Program Manager for our client in the region of Brussels. This can be both as a USG Project Consultant or on a Freelance basis! The Manufacturing IS coordination team lays within the Information Technology & Digital Division to support IS delivery across the 4 vehiclemanufacturing and 3 unit European plants. It''s primary objective is to facilitate the project delivery of IT solution by the pan european andlocal teams. It''s providing guidance in program/project management, Business analysis and solution architecture. It''s supporting thedigitalisation transformation on various scope : IoT, Manufacturing Data, Production support application, plant logistique and productionengineering. As program manager you will be responsible of : Lead the planning and implementation of multiple manufacturing IT projects across various countries. Coordinate with cross functional teams, including IT, manufacturing, and local country teams, to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Foster a collaborative and high performance team environment. Implement and promote Agile practices within the project teams.. Profile Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master''s degree is preferred. Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a manufacturing IT environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and IT systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem solving and decision making abilities. Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
