The company employs more than 4000 employees in Belgium working on different sites.Job DescriptionAs a member of the Learning & Development Team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and organizing training programs and learning paths, primarily for operational services and technical subjects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to create impactful learning offerings that enhance the expertise of technicians and operational departments.Analyze training requests from management, teams, and individual employees in technical fields related to the company's activitiesActively participate in developing learning initiativesIdentify suitable methodologies and collaborate with external partners to support technical trainingPromote a learning culture within the organization and stimulate technical skills at individual and collective levelsBuild and maintain a network within the company to identify development needs and create an attractive learning offerKeep technical knowledge up-to-date according to market developments and new technical evolutionsWork closely with L&D colleagues and back office support for administrative tasksThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:You hold a Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experienceYou can demonstrate prior experience in Learning & Development positions within a large matrix organizationYou are familiar with major Learning & Development principles combined with strong project management skillsYou have a strong affinity for technical subjects (engineering, HVAC,...) or a genuine interest to delve into it and develop a strong technical knowledge.You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good command of EnglishYou are interested in supporting various company locations in Belgium (with home office possibilities)You are a real networker with strong communication skills allowing you to navigate within large organizations to achieve your goals, combined with very good analytical skills (KPI analysis, database management, Excel skills)What's on OfferA dynamic role in a global leading company with a strong team of HR professionals ready to support youContract of undefined durationA market-conform salary assorted with fringe benefits: company car, fuel card, meal vouchers, net allowances, bonus scheme, group insurance, hospitalization insurance20 legal holidays + 15 compensatory daysHome office possibilities
