Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for the attainment of sales objectives through the execution of Account Plans with targeted Accounts,
2. Cultivate customer relationship in order to increase our customer value proposition,
3. Transfer key messages and scientific information about Elanco products to pharmacists and their staff within the designated sales territory,
4. Call on and generate demand with all targeted accounts in the designated sales territory,
5. Implement and execute marketing programs and customer initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department / creating a maximum of Elanco visibility in the pharmacies,
6. Disciplined reporting of all call reports, territory intelligence and customer information within designed CRM,
7. Reporting any adverse events and product quality complaints & adhere to all Elanco policies and procedures.
Requirements:
8. Living in designed sector,
9. Higher education or bachelor / scientific orientation,
10. Experience in sales & animal health is a plus,
11. Empathy or passion for veterinary OTC business,
12. Strong business acumen and results driven,
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
14. Good influence and leadership skills,
15. Strong learning agility,
16. Organizational and implementation skills,
17. Personal accountability with high initiative and sound work ethics,
18. Computer literate,
19. Language: Fluent in Dutch and/or French - English is a big plus,
20. Some overnight travel may be required depending on the territory.
