Who were looking for ? The ERP Business Partner serves as the internal consultant for our ERP systems (4PS Construct, Business Central, and KPD VNext), responsible for one or more functional areas. This role involves translating business requirements into ERP solutions, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the ERP system adds value to the organization. Currently were looking for someone with experience in the functional domain of Plant / Logistics with interest in solution architecture, to replace someone. Key Responsibilities: Business Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into ERP functionality. Assist consultants in your functional domains. Configure ERP within your functional domain. Set up and maintain configuration tables. Planning and Coordination: Define and agree on planning and actions with the PM and SME. Ensure cross functional domain integration. Define cross functional data topics. Testing and Quality Assurance: Set up and execute functional unit testing for assigned domains. Set up end to end testing. Define correct information for interfaces. Ensure all agreed To Be functionality is delivered. Consultation and Support: Act as an internal consultant for assigned functional areas. Guide, coach, and assist SMEs within your functional areas. Train SMEs on ERP tool usage. Serve as the application owner for one or more functional domains. Process Optimization: Identify and escalate deviations from the To Be Model or industry best practices. Identify opportunities for further alignment between entities. Assist in optimizing business processes within assigned functional areas. Documentation and Reporting: Document reporting requirements for assigned domains. Define reporting needs and deliver templates for data upload. Evaluate data quality for migration and upload data to the correct tables. Report progress regularly and escalate potential issues promptly. Training and Workshops: Assist in creating training material and data. Support the training coordinator in designing training content and possibly conduct training sessions.
