Job Description
* Educating AI: Review and analyze AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback aimed at improving the model’s accuracy and its ability to handle real-world problems. Your insights will help the AI better understand complex situations and refine its reasoning abilities.
* Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into clear, step-by-step solutions. Guide the AI through these problems to teach it how to approach and solve them logically and effectively.
* Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, inaccuracies, or gaps in the AI’s knowledge base. Design and implement tests that challenge the AI’s understanding and push its boundaries to ensure that its outputs are reliable, unbiased, and applicable in real-world scenarios.
* Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with AI engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to integrate your feedback and improve the AI model’s performance over time. Help drive the evolution of the AI system to meet real-world needs and deliver valuable outcomes.
Qualifications
* Native Proficiency in French: Must have native fluency in French with excellent writing skills to clearly communicate complex ideas and feedback.
* Residency in Belgium: Applicants must be residents of Belgium and have an understanding of the local language, culture, and context.
* Education: An Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
* Professional Writing Experience: Experience in a writing-intensive role (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.) is preferred but not required. Strong written communication skills are crucial for providing clear and actionable feedback.
* AI Training Experience: While experience with AI-related tasks or training models is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are open to candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to the development of AI systems.
