In this role, you'll drive growth through proactive outbound outreach, generating new leads, and creating demand across the European market.
You'll connect with companies, understand their needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations.
Part of your responsibilities will include daily interactions with key decision-makers in order to build your network, qualify leads, pitch products, and solve problems. Use your persuasive skills to build lasting relationships and help businesses thrive.
As a member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our lead generation strategy, select targeted industries each month, and drive our outreach efforts. It is a unique chance to join a growing team significantly impacting our growth and success in the European market.
Responsibilities
1. Lead generation: research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, and industry events, and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Lead the entire sales cycle: you'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes, providing potential customers with a tailor-made demonstration of Odoo, and handling the closing of the deals.
3. Develop relationships and build trust with clients.
4. Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network.
5. Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to drive growth and revenue.

MUST HAVE
1. 2 years of outbound/prospection experience.
2. Strong business knowledge & sales skills.
3. Languages: French or Dutch + English.

5. Analytic vision & fighting spirit.
6. Work permit for Belgium.
