About the Role:
Under the responsibility of the Food Safety Responsible, the Food Safety specialist will support the definition and implementation of Food Safety rules to apply on the production plant in order to guarantee appropriate sanitary conditions in the work environment and to guarantee food safe products to our consumers.
Main Responsibilities:
Support in the management of HACCP :
- Annual verification and validation of HACCP plans
- Validation and verification of CCP, oPRP
- Monitoring of related documentation
Support in the management of PRP :
- Support in the definition, validation and verification of PRP including GMP and zoning
Support in the management of EMP – specific to microbiological testing :
- Complete and maintain up to date Risk Assessment
- Definition of the plan and acceptable limits of the EMP plan and associated procedure including in case of non-conformity
- Definition of the monitoring of EMP plan and create associated procedure and monitoring paperwork in collaboration with the laboratory
- Implement trend analysis tool
Support in the management of Non-conformity :
- Support in the creation, definition of action plan and monitoring of non-conformity related to Food Safety according to local procedure
Support in the management of Pest control :
- Local main contact for pest control supplier
- Ensure the respect of Ferrero, GFSI requirement and local regulation regarding pest control management
- CAPA management
Audits support :
- Support on FSSC 22000 and SAC audits
- Part of the internal audit team
Management of Consumer complaints :
- Monitoring and management of consumer complaints requiring investigation and trade BU complaints
Training :
- Creation of training support, organization and completion of training related to Food Safety and Quality
Food Safety Culture :
- Support in developing Food Safety culture on site (GMP audits, 5’ FSQ, SQOD…)
Who we are looking for:
* Degree in Biology, Chemistry or Food technology
* A first experience in Food Safety, Food Quality, Hygiene
* Knowledge in field standard and legislation (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP)
* Proficiency in English
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus
