Our Benelux subsidiary is currently expanding its operations for covering Wallonie area.
As a Retail Merchandiser you will be responsible for achieving an optimal distribution and sales of our fruits & vegetables at existing as well as new supermarkets within the region your responsible of.

Your role highlights – your responsibilities
* You will be responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with existing and new supermarkets.
* To ensure this, you will regularly visit your customers and discuss the developments within the category as well as SanLucar's position within it.
* In addition, you will undertake sales-boosting activities and advise customers on the optimal composition of their assortment and shelf design.
* As a Store Account Manager, you are the eyes and ears of the organization and provide input to the commercial department.

Skills & Knowledge
* MBO level 4. Studies or Professional Training in International Business, Agribusiness, Economics is valued
* You are fluent in French, and in Dutch or English.
* At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
* Passion for fresh goods and especially fruit and vegetable.
* You have a commercial attitude with a self-evident independence, decisiveness, ambition and perseverance.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build good relationships, advise and negotiate.
* Know-how in problem-solving and finding solutions.
