Overview
To support an important project on site at a client in the pharmaceutical sector in the region of Brussels PM Group is searching for an experienced PROJECT MANAGER 'documentation management' (freelance or employee).

Our OTS (Outsourced Technical Services) department supports projects in different sectors on basis of project staffing with consultants working at the client’s site.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) to join the TDMS project (Electronic Technical Documentation Management System).
* This person will be responsible for the document management workstream and will collaborate with the IT PM and the Program Manager overseeing the entire initiative.
* The candidate will handle the business aspects of the project.
* Typical Day Description:
- Ensure the project schedule is finalized.
- Prepare a report based on the weekly meetings with the team.
- Make sure schedules are up-to-date and monitor the budget.
* In summary, this person will handle the standard activities of a PM.
* Global user daily support
* Troubleshoot issues & problem solving on all collaboration systems
* User training both internally & externally (Client, Contractors, Vendors etc.)
* System implementation, maintenance & auditing to ensure compliance with company quality procedures
* Overall systems configuration & user security
* System Data Management
* Digital Handover/Turnover
* Development / updating of appropriate system processes for relevant projects
* Creation of guidelines & training manuals for 3rd parties
Qualifications
* Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, but we are flexible. However, it is essential that the candidate can quickly become operational.
* The candidate must be familiar with document management.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is important.
* Knowledge and experience in project management.
* Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management.
* Proficiency in IT and experience in document management.
* Fluency in French (FR) and English (ENG) is mandatory.
* Hands-on with PM tools usage: PowerPoint, excel, Teams, Sharepoint management, project management scheduling tool.
* Strong skills in change management and communication management.
Start date : ASAP
End date : 30/06/25 (with possibility of extension).
Homeworking : Hybrid system. However, during the first month, be on site then hybrid system,
Full-time position.
