As a Manager, you are responsible for the growth and profitability of the agency. Acting as a true entrepreneur, you develop the business, serve as the intermediary between clients and domestic helpers, and lead your team to achieve results.
You oversee the management and execution of all tasks related to the service voucher agency. You have control over all aspects and ensure they are properly executed. You are supported in this role by your colleagues.
More specifically, the position is centered around four main areas of responsibility:
1. Personnel Management:
* Delegating tasks
* Communication, coaching, and support
* Providing feedback and conducting evaluations
* Fostering individual and collective development
* Team motivation
2. Commercial Management:
* Expanding service voucher activities (new and existing clients)
* Developing market strategies
* Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and domestic helpers
* Networking
3. Financial Management:
* Preparing, monitoring, and adjusting the annual budget
* Reporting on activities
* Monitoring profitability for both clients and domestic helpers
4. Operational Management:
* Coordinating and organizing team tasks
* Overseeing recruitment and launching campaigns
* Handling various follow-ups, welcoming new employees, managing absenteeism and long-term illness
* Resolving complaints
* Experience in the staffing or services sector OR commercial experience in service sales
* Results-driven and analytical mindset
* Proven ability to motivate and inspire others, with solid experience as a people manager
* Entrepreneurial spirit with expertise in customer retention; not intimidated by prospecting
* Solution-oriented and client-focused
* Fluency in French and Dutch
