What You'll Do

* Work with the Best – Collaborate with marketing to continuously refine our sales approach.
* Be a Sales Detective ️ – Identify new opportunities and leverage marketing to close deals.
* Train & Support Clients – Offer top-notch virtual or on-site training to ensure customer success.
* Master Salesforce – Keep track of daily activities and client interactions for seamless data management.
* Lead by Example – Foster a culture of integrity, growth, and excellence within the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
* A natural salesperson who truly cares for clients and knows how to turn a conversation into a sale.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Studies or equivalent.
* 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical devices industry.
* Multilingual skills – Dutch, English, French, Spanish, or German? The more, the better!
* Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.
* Bonus points for: Understanding clinical applications & knowledge of Social Security systems in your region.
