Role responsibilities:
Support Supply network planner work for the creation of an optimized supply plan, each month for the medium-term horizon and each week on execution. The supply plan must ensure continuous and efficient supply of finished goods (FG) products to customers, using a minimum amount of inventory to maximize efficiency targets, minimize working capital costs and conserve cash by managing stock levels.
Creation of the supply plan will involve working seamlessly with : Demand planning, Customer service, Manufacturing operations, Supply planners, E2E products planners
Transversal support on OMP, Master & transactional data management (capacity, cycle time, network), inventory reconciliation
Focus areas during the mission:
1. Support on Master data management in SAP and OMP within UCB (products, planning data) and manufacturing plants (cycle time, CMO capacity)
2. Upgrade of OMP system – starting May 2024 with support in users testing support (20% of workload for involved users)
3. Transversal support on S&OE complementary to S&OP coordination as of Q3-2024
4. Absorption of new commercial CMO to support launches
5. Numerous hyper care to manage

Your Profile:
6. Diploma: Master degree in Supply Chain / Logistique / Engineering
7. Fluent in French / English
8. Background in pharma Operations and/or Planning experience
9. Performances Driven
10. Systems skills in SAP/OMP (or fast learner)
11. Experience or willingness to the manufacturing operational environment
12. Able to manage Details and complexity
13. Clear in oral and written communication (English)
14. Analytical mindset, KPI and Result Driven
15. Ability to learn fast within a complex environment
16. Rigorous person, able to go from High view to very detailed view
17. Strong Team Player

18. Be between 18 and 28 years old;
19. Hold the nationality of a member country of the European Economic Area;
20. Have not worked or lived in the country where the mission will take place;
21. Be available to dedicate yourself to the mission full-time;
22. If you have French nationality or dual nationality, be in compliance with the national service obligations of France (Numéro Identifiant Défense);
23. Have a clean criminal record.
