As a Digital Marketer, your main responsibilities will be :
* Tracking & Analytics: Set up and optimize Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, ensuring accurate data collection and actionable insights.
* Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign results, suggest improvements, and maintain high data quality through Looker Studio and BigQuery dashboards.
* Content & User Experience: Optimize website content and user experience in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring effective distribution across multiple channels.
* Campaign Development: Define objectives, create landing pages and HubSpot workflows, and support digital marketing campaigns.
* Social Media & Engagement: Manage social media campaigns, ambassador programs, and digital advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager).
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for digital innovation in tools, content, and processes.
* Knowledge Sharing: Actively share expertise, mentor team members, and implement best practices for digital marketing knowledge-sharing.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities :
* Analytical mindset with experience in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and/or BigQuery.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field, with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
* Experience in B2B digital marketing is preferred.
* Hands-on experience in campaign management, content publishing (CMS), and SEO. Knowledge of Umbraco and HubSpot is a strong plus.
* Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including coordination with external marketing agencies.
* Fluent in French, English, and Dutch (at least a basic knowledge).
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across different teams and departments.
