Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Training Logistic Support to support out training & education department through administrative and logistic support, contributing to the successful implementation of workshops and tools for the TLE programs and internal training initiatives. Reporting to the Professional Education Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our educational offerings while being an integral part of the TIS Marketing organization.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative and Logistical Support for Models and Simulators
1. Oversee the efficient management of the rental system for models and simulators, ensuring smooth coordination and timely availability.
2. Handle stock monitoring and coordinate logistics to support educational activities effectively.
3. Ensure educational tools are well-maintained, tracked, and ready for use when needed.
Logistical Coordination for Terumo Learning Edge & Commercial Training Programs
4. Support the planning and execution of workshops and training events through detailed logistical coordination.
5. Provide onsite assistance to ensure events run seamlessly, addressing any immediate administrative needs.
6. Liaise with stakeholders to organize, manage, and maintain training tools and educational content.
Cross-functional Collaboration
7. Act as a key support partner to Training Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing Communications by managing the logistics of educational initiatives.
Professionalism and Continuous Improvement
8. Serve as a professional point of contact for external stakeholders, supporting smooth interactions and representing the company with integrity.
9. Proactively identify and implement improvements in administrative processes and contribute to team development through ongoing learning.
Profile Description
10. Strong English language proficiency is a must, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is preferred. Any other European language is an asset.
11. Good planning and organisation skills
12. Well-developed computer skills and an aptitude for learning new technology.
13. Good comunnication skills by mail, phone and chat.
14. Customer-oriented mindset, you put the client first.
15. The ability to work autonomously, combined with a proactive and team-player attitude.
16. Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving boxes up to 30 kilograms.
17. Flexibility to travel and a Belgium-based residency.
