As Office Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Office management (order office furniture, catering, facility...)
* Administrative support (emails, calls, mail, follow-up of invoicing, presentations...)
* Coordination of meeting rooms
* Organisation of internal events/meetings
* Point of contact for external stakeholders
* You have an excellent level in French and Dutch
* You have at least a first experience in administration
* You have a bachelor in office management or equivalent by experience
* You are proactive, organised and positive-minded
* You can handle confidential information and you are reliable
