Job Description
1. Responsible for monthly payroll of our department
2. Ensure correct payroll process
3. Harmonize employees compensation and benefits packages
4. Do the onboarding in alignment with our company culture.
5. You are responsible for drawing up the correct employment contracts
6. Manage the administration of salaries and benefits in consultation with our social secretariat.SD Worx
7. Be responsible for the induction procedure of newcomers
8. Be the support and main contact for employees for all practical issues related to their personal file (remuneration, insurance, benefits, social/work legislation)
9. Work in close collaboration with the different partners: social secretariat, legal advisors, lawyers in order to comply with the legislation in force (update knowledge and new developments in social/employment law)
10. Communicate with other central services (accounting, office management) and third parties (employees, car lessors) for the fleet management (leasing)
Qualifications
11. HR Payroll is responsible for supervising for the correct implementation of payroll processing, implementing company policies and designing employees compensation and benefits plans.
12. To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of local labor regulations and experience with Payrolling SD Worx and Labour Law to be defined
13. At least 5 years of experience in a same position
14. Good knowledge of Sd Worx Payroll Tool and Pro-Time
15. Knowledge of HR Analytics and Power BI is a plus
16. Languages : Dutch, English and French well spoken
