The client is an international company active in the Chemical industry.
Responsibilities
1. Be the glue between the management, the users, the technology and the delivery organization (internal, external, local, regional or global);
2. Ensure requirement management (capture and analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions in collaboration with the internal technical team and 3rd party experts) using process flows, uses cases;
3. Workshop organization and preparation, clear presentation of ideas, ability to moderate discussions, and drive consensus on direction;
4. Workload planning and prioritization to meet deadlines while getting business operations buy-in;
5. Ensure the delivery of the solution and assist in the solution acceptance testing (creating test plans, assisting key users in the preparation of training material);
6. Reconcile conflicts between stakeholders;
7. Decompose high-level information into solution steps;
8. Collaborate with internal customers, suppliers at business & technical levels;
9. Documentation analysis, requirement workshop, process documentation, risk assessments;
10. Maintain project and solution documentation standards;
11. Key User community management.
Profile
12. A degree from a recognized educational institute in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management or similar technical field experience;
13. Previous experience in an IT Business analyst role preferably in the manufacturing industry;
14. Experience in Agile and Project Management delivery methodologies;
15. Team player, comfortable interfacing with cross-functional groups with minimal supervision;
16. Strong facilitation skills that include the ability to communicate technical information and ideas across diverse audiences;
17. Experience Software Development Lifecycle;
18. Continuously seeking out learning new area;
19. Experience in ERP, Cloud Platform or Data management and automation is required;
20. Can manage several initiatives in parallel;
21. Conflict management;
22. Efficient in ITIL practices and the ITIL Service life cycle, including Agile delivery methods;
23. Communication skills and interpersonal skills;
24. Fluent in French and English, Dutch knowledge being an asset.
