1. Lead, motivate and mentor the Linux team.
2. Intervene in unresolved issues and provide support to L2 engineers.
3. Provide training and technical support to junior system administrators

6. Follow-up on agreements with internal customers: service requests, incidents, problems, improvement plans and changes.
7. Manage Linux infrastructure in line with agreed service levels (SLAs).
8. Monitor control and user experience.
9. Plan maintenance activities according to predefined "deployment requests" and exclude non-agreed production impacts.
10. Advise IAAS Service Manager on future infrastructure investments to proactively maintain production.

17. You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent diploma based on experience;
18. You have at least 5 years' relevant experience in a Linux IT environment;
19. You have good oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills and can communicate fluently with others;
20. You are a motivated leader who knows how to work with a team of experts;
21. You are customer-oriented, caring and reliable.
22. You have in-depth knowledge of managing and configuring Linux environments (SAN, ESX, VMWare, core networks, backup, Linux OS, Rancher, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
