Your day at NTT DATA
Work within Non-Life Insurance IT team on Non-Life, Claims, and transversal initiatives.
Operate in a Guidewire asset environment.
Use Hybrid Agile methodology (Agile + Prince 2 based).
Focus on delivery and achieving results with the team.
Shift team to a more end-to-end agile way of working and increase scrum maturity.
Hands-on and pragmatic approach.
What you'll be doing
1. Lead, coordinate, and monitor daily activities of the NL & Claims Guidewire IT team.
2. Develop delivery and resource plans for bugfixes in Production.
3. Act as test and release coordinator.
4. Support team’s delivery of implementation plans.
5. Align with Product Owners (POs) & Project Managers (PMs) on priorities.
6. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters for transversal initiatives.
7. Create dashboards for transparency and follow-up.
8. Facilitate Agile Ceremonies (daily’s, retro’s, backlog refinements, demo’s, planning, estimates, retrospectives).
Communication:
9. Act as a sounding board for analysis, development, testing, releases, resource capacity, and availability.
10. Represent the team towards Management & Business.
11. Solve impediments and build bridges between stakeholders.
12. Act as a SPOC for initiative alignment meetings (e.g., “Scrum of scrums”).
13. Continuous Improvement:
14. Continuously improve team’s way of working using input from grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
15. Align with other Scrum Masters and bring new ideas.
16. •Attend community sessions and scrum meetings regularly.
Your Profile:
17. Trilingual (NL, FR, EN) with excellent communication skills.
18. Proven experience as Scrum Master (at least 5 years).
19. Knowledge of JIRA, Agile methodology, and Prince 2 principles.
20. Flexible working style with different methodologies and nationalities.
21. Solution mindset, committed, proactive, and open personality.
22. Strong communication and reporting skills.
23. Supportive servant leader with strong people management skills.
24. Experience with Enterprise Architecture.
25. Experience in the insurance industry.
26. Experience as Project Manager.
